我国县级政府经济职能的准确定位及实现路径

摘   要

     我国县级政府的核心职能就是经济职能，县级政府在区域经济发展中的作用，被称为县级政府经济职能。改革开放以来，县级政府经济职能不论在发展城镇经济、支持乡镇的企业上还是繁荣农村市场、解决农民贫困问题方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。但是县级政府经济职能在发挥中也出现了许多定位失误的现象，这些缺陷极大地限制了县级政府经济职能的正常运行。因此必须对县级政府经济职能进行准确定位，并结合地区经济发展状况找到充分发挥县级政府经济职能的实现路径。

The accurate localization and realization way of
Chinese county- level government’s economical function

Abstract

The county-level government's core function is the economical function. The function of county-level government in regional economic development is called the economical function of county-level government. Since reform and opening-up policy, the county-level government’s economical function plays an irreplaceable role in developing city’s economy, supporting town’s enterprise, prospering rural market and solving the impoverished problem of Chinese farmer. But there are also many localization faults in exerting economical function of county-level government, which enormously restricts normal operation of the county-level government’s economical function. Therefore the county- level government’s economical function must carries on accurate localization, and unifies condition of local economic development to find the realization way of full displaying county-level government economical function。
