 农产品质量安全越来越受到人们的普遍关注。因此，发展绿色食品、有机食品、无公害食品生产，加强农产品质量管理，既保护农业生态环境，达到用地养地相结合；又提供人们安全、优质、营养食品，保障人们的健康与安全，提高产品市场竞争力和经济效益；从而促进农业生态、社会、经济的可持续发展。加强农产品质量管理、提高农产品质量、保障农产品安全，是提高人民生活质量、增强农产品国际竞争力的需要，也是提高农业效益、增加农民收入的需要。水稻是吉林省的主要粮食作物之一，随着改革开放，人民的生活水平有了很大的提高，人们对稻米的品质要求更高，以人为本，人们对水稻的可持续发展和稻米安全性更为关注。为此结合吉林省的当前稻米生产和加工的实际情况，本文概述了百益农产品公司农产品质量管理现状，列举了公司农产品质量管理存在的问题，剖析了其产生的主要原因，由此提出相应的发展建议，为公司发展创造了一个更为良好的质量管理环境。
