 摘  要

 
 20世纪九十年代中后期，随着我国市场化程度的提高以及国内外贸易环境的变化，中小企业数量迅猛增加，它在整个经济运行中发挥着越来越重要的作用，发挥经济增长引擎、创造就业机会、活跃市场以及优化调整产业结构等功能。资本是企业的血脉，是企业经济活动的持续推动力。中小企业要想进一步发展，扩大投资规模再所难免。而目前中小企业发展中普遍受到资金短缺的困扰，因此研究融资创新方式对中小企业的生存和发展具有非常重要的意义。
 本文围绕如何支持中小企业融资这一问题，首先对中小企业融资的相关理论进行了阐述；然后对吉林省中小企业融资的现状和造成融资困难的原因进行了系统分析，并总结了造成吉林省中小企业融资困境的原因；然后剖析了国内其他省份中小企业融资的模式和经验；最后在充分借鉴国内先进经验的基础上，结合吉林省的具体实际，对如何解决吉林省中小企业的融资困难提出了政策建议，并进行了实证分析，希望本文档对吉林省中小企业的发展提供一定的参考。

The innovation analysis of SMEs financing in Jilin province

 Abstract:In the mid and later of 1990th , as the improvement of the degree of the native market and the changes of internal and external commercial environments, SMEs（small and medium-sized enterprises）became more and more popular in the economy, such as being the engine of economic improvement, creating the job opportunities, making  the market active and optimizing the industrial construction, and so on. Capital is the blood of enterprise, and the continuous power of the enterprise’s activity. If the SMEs want to develop further, it isn’t avoided that expand the scale of the investment. Now the development of SMEs is universal disturbed by the shortage of capital. So the innovation analysis of the financing is meaningful for the development of the SMEs.
 This paper involves the problem how to support the SMEs’ financing. First, the states relative theories in the financing of SMEs. After an empirical analysis of the status of SMEs financing, in Chapter 2, the author sums up the reasons for the difficulties Jilin’s SMEs faced in financing. In Chapter 3, the author introduces other province’s SMEs financing practices and experience which Jilin Province can apply on practice. Based on the above analysis and taking Jilin Province’s reality into account, in the last part of the paper, the author make policy suggestions in order to give certain advice for Jilin Province’s SMEs financing.
