 摘  要
 
 在经济全球化浪潮的迅猛冲击下和我国社会主义市场经济体系的不断完善下，企业间的竞争日益激烈。当企业发展到一定程度，要想持续发展必须以文化建设作基础，企业文化对于提高企业的核心竞争力显得尤为重要。我国着名的经济学家于光远说过这样一段话“国家富强靠经济，经济繁荣靠企业，企业兴旺靠管理，管理关键在文化。”这里所讲的文化，不是我们一般理解的文化程度或文化知识、文化娱乐，而是现代管理学中融合了物质和精神文明双重意义的概念。“追求品质的卓越，我们永无止境”， 是企业文化的核心理念。它激励着企业踏踏实实，从现在起一步一步做起，通过努力创造和不懈奋斗，形成强有力的职业化团队，实现公司和员工共同发展的价值观，企业才能在竞争中立于不败之地。
 本文首先从企业文化的涵义、表现形式等入手，阐述现代企业文化的特征。然后针对皇明集团企业文化构建过程中的方案现状进行系统分析，找出皇明集团企业文化构建中存在的问题，总结出皇明集团改进企业文化建设的对策方案，最后论述皇明集团企业文化对企业核心竞争力的影响和在企业发展过程中的重大作用。

Study on Huangming group enterprise culture's construction

 Abstract: Under the economical globalization tide swift and violent impact with and our country socialist market economy system unceasing consummation, enterprise's competition is day by day intense. When the enterprise develops certain degree,it want to develop continually must being used as the basis by the cultural reconstruction, the enterprise culture regarding enhances the enterprise the core competitive power to appear especially importantly. Our country renowned economist-- Yu Guangyuan had said: this kind of section of speeches “the country depends on the economy prosperously and powerfully, the economic boom depends on the enterprise, the enterprise depends on the management prosperously, manages the key in the culture.”Here says the culture,being not the years of schooling or the cultural knowledge, the cultural entertainment which we understood generally, but it  was in the modern management science fused material and the spiritual civilization double meaning concept. “Pursue quality remarkable, we forever without limits”, is the enterprise culture core idea. It was driving the enterprise is steadfast, from now on and it gradually will start, through will create and the unremitting struggle diligently, will form the powerful professionalism team, the realization company and the staff communal development values, the enterprise can be in an impregnable position in the competition.
 This article is the first from obtaining enterprise culture implication, manifestation and so on, elaborating modern enterprise culture characteristic. Then I carries on the system analysis in view of the huangming group enterprise culture construction process in plan present situation, discovering question which in the huangming group enterprise culture construction exists, summarizes the huangming group to improve the enterprise culture construction the countermeasure plan, finally elaborates the huangming group enterprise culture to the enterprise core competitive power influence and in the enterprise developing process significant function.
