浅谈后配额时代珠江三角洲纺织品贸易发展

摘    要

    珠江三角洲是我国最大的纺织品生产销售和出口地，其纺织品贸易是珠江三角洲的支柱产业，具有举足轻重的地位。它在加速经济增长，缓解就业压力，提高我国国际贸易地位等方面都提供了良好得契机。
2005年1月1日，全球取消配额制度，我国进入后配额时代。“后配额”作为一把“双刃剑”，同时存在着大好的机遇和激烈的挑战。我国大量的涌出的出口纺织品使国际上产生恐慌，纷纷启动“特保”措施和其他限制措施，甚至制造贸易壁垒。面对如此严峻的国际贸易形势，珠江纺织品贸易陷入了前所未有的汹潮之中。在此愈演愈烈的紧急情况下，要励精图治可以从两方面入手，一是企业本身，继续保持生产贸易势头及其重要战略地位；另一个是从政府角度出发，正确引导保护其纺织品贸易双管其下，制订灵活的相应对策。双管其下，大力发展品牌优势的同时当地政府对其加以维护，使珠江三角洲的纺织品贸易在国际竞争如此激烈的境况下依然充满蓬勃生机。
在后配额时代保持我国珠江三角洲地区纺织品贸易的重要地位，继续占领国际市场的领先地位， 是珠江纺织业今后的研究大计和发展目标。

 Abstract

Zhujiang Delta is the largest exporter of textile production and sales in China，and it's textile trade is the zhujiang Delta pillar industry , with a decisive position. It accelerated economic growth and eased employment pressure, improved China's international trade status, and other things have provided a good opportunity.
January 1. 2005. the global quota system is abolished. China has entered a post-quota era. 'Quota' as a 'double-edged sword' At the same time, there are good opportunities and fierce challenges. As the influx of a large number of China's textile exporting on the international panic， having to activate the 'special protection' measures and other restrictions, or even create trade barriers.
The face of this grim situation in international trade, Zhujiang Delta 's textile trade among the unprecedented influx of tumultuous. In this increasingly fierce emergency case,in order to make determine defforts ,it must be obtain from two aspects ,the one is enterprise itself ,continuing to preserve the production trade momentum and its the important strategic status;Another is embarks from the government angle,the correct guidance protects its textile trade double barrel its under ,drawing up the nimble corresponding countermeasure.Double barrle its under , vigorously develops the brand superiority at the same time local government to perform to it to maintain , causing the Zhujiang Delta the textile trade still to fill the vigorousvitality under the international competition so intense condition.
Zhujiang Delta 's textile trade in post-quota era to maintain the status as a great status in Chian , continues to occupy the leading position in the international market. Our future research plans and development targets.
