探析广东加工贸易的现状、问题与对策

摘   要

    改革开放以来，随着经济全球化的不断发展，生产国际化的趋势不端加强，广东的加工贸易取得了长足的发展，加工贸易己经成为其第一大对外贸易方式，对广东经济的发展起到了重要的推动作用。
目前，加工贸易涉及广东的大部分产业，并且在利用外资、引进先进技术和科学管理方法等方面发挥着重要的作用。然而加工贸易的飞跃式发展不可避免地也产生一些阻碍广东经济发展的问题。由于加工贸易在广东经济发展中具有重要作用，它的发展势必会对广东未来经济与贸易的发展产生重大的影响。本文在分析广东加工贸易现状的基础上，客观地指出了其在发展中存在的利与弊，并针对其存在的问题，提出了广东加工贸易转型升级的解决方案，强调政府与本土加工贸易企业应共同努力，加速推进加工贸易的转型升级，企业在转型中应起主导作用，通过打造品牌来培育自身的核心竞争力；通过向产业链的上下游扩张，拓展企业的利润空间。政府要进一步完善加工贸易政策，充分发挥出口加工区的示范、导向和辐射作用，同时加强区域经济合作与协调，只有这样才能实现加工贸易在更高层次上的更快发展。

Abstract

Since reform and opening-up, with the constant development of the economic globalization, the trend of the internationalization of producing is being strengthened constantly, Guangdong has obtained considerable development in processing trade, Processing trade is becoming the first great foreign trade way, which plays an enormous role in the economic development of Guangdong.
At present, processing trade involves in most industries of Guangdong, which plays an important role in utilizing the foreign capitals, introducing advanced technology and science management and manufacturing procedure etc. But some problems that can't be ignored have appeared in the course of fast development of processing trade in Guangdong. Seeing that processing trade playing the most important role in Guangdong, it has occupied the extremely important position in national economy and its development will certainly have a great impact on foreign trade and economic development of Guangdong. All will influence the transformation that Guangdong is now under go. This article based on the current situation of Guangdong's processing trade to analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of processing trade and finally concluded with a solution to the transformation and upgrading of processing trade, emphasized the   government and the local processing trade enterprises should work together to accelerate the transformation of processing trade, to achieve faster development of processing trade in a higher level, and enterprises have to constantly cultivate their own core competitiveness, government have to strengthen the policy of processing trade ,so this can make greater contributions to Guangdong's economic construction.
