外商直接投资对山东省经济的影响及对策研究

摘   要

    改革开放以来，尤其是近几年随着山东省经济的发展，外商直接投资（FDI）在山东省的力度不断加大，并在区域经济中发挥着日益重要的作用。外商直接投资不仅加速了山东省的资本积累，而且带来了先进的管理经验和生产技术，并且通过技术外溢，促进了山东省产业结构的优化和升级，改善了该省的贸易结构。但是外商投资的结构性倾斜产生了三次产业的结构偏差，外资企业获取的优惠政策削弱了民族企业的竞争优势，造成生态环境污染等其他负面作用。因此，本文将对外商直接投资（FDI）引起山东省产业结构的变化进行分析并作出相应的利用外资促进产业结构优化和区域间经济协调发展以及保护生态环境等引导政策。

Abstract

Since reform and opening-up, especially in recent years with the development of economy of Shandong, foreign direct investment (FDI) the efforts in Shandong is being strengthened constantly, and is playing an increasinglyimportant role in the regional economy. Foreign direct investment has not only accelerated the capital accumulation of this province but also brought the advanced experience of management and production technology, and overflow through technology, also promoted optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our province. But the structural slope that the foreign businessman invested in has produced structural deviations in the industry three times, the preferential policy that the overseas-funded enterprise obtained has weakened the competition advantage of national enterprises to wait for and act on other negatively. So to how this text know direct foreign investments (FDI) impact on industrial structure of our province and make corresponding guide policy make the preliminary discussion.
