摘要

随着计算机技术的发展，计算机信息化管理呈现出蓬勃发展之势，信息化管理水平的高低直接影响到企业和公司的发展。因此，利用先进的技术开发高效、安全的信息平台就显得尤为重要。
本文详细说明了利用 Java 和 java script 技术开发的“开题报告管理系统”，探讨当今高校学生开题报告管理系统的开发与研究。主要介绍了基于B/S架构开发高校学生开题报告管理系统的开发方法、系统开发的背景、系统的需求分析、系统的实现过程等。论文详细阐述了高校学生开题报告管理系统的需求分析、概要设计、系统的功能设计、系统的数据库结构设计、系统的实现，同时也简单介绍了 Java、jsp、Java Script、CSS等相关技术，以及 Macromedia Dream Weaver 8.0、Tomcat 6.0、JDK 1.5、Adope PHOTOSHOP 等相关软件的介绍。
本系统基于中文版Windows XP Professional和SQL Server 2000开发，采用B/S结构，JSP + Java Bean模式，在数据安全及稳定性方面都有较高的水平。
数据库是数据库应用程序的重要组成部分。一个设计结构合理的数据库对于应用程序的开发效率和程序的性能都是非常重要的。本系统主要使用了8张数据表：基本信息表、教师及毕业设计题目表、学生毕业设计相关文件表、开题报告得分存储表、学生选题表和三个主页信息存储表。

ABSTRACT

With the development of the computer technology, the information-based management of the computer is becoming more preva lent. The degree of the information-based management influences the development of the enterprises and institutions directly. Therefore, it is particularly important to utilize more advanced technology to develop high-efficient and secure information platform.
This article explains "the management systems of initiating of the report' particularly, and talks about the development and research in graduate students in colleges and universities. The main framework is the development of colleges and universities to introduce students graduated based on the B/S design management information systems development methodology, system development background, system needs analysis, system realization process. Paper elaborated on the design of management information systems graduate students in colleges and universities demand analysis, outline design, system functional design, system design of the database structure, system to achieve, but also introduced the Java, JSP, Java Script technologies, CSS technology briefly, and macromedia Dream Weaver 8.0、Tomcat 5.0、JDK 1.5、PHOTOSHOP software.
The database is the database application procedure important constituent. A design structure reasonable database regarding the application procedure development efficiency and the procedure performance all is count for much. This system mainly used 8 data sheets, the table with sample information, the table with teachers and report names, the table with reports, the table with scores, the table with chosen subject, and 3 pieces of the tables with something in the home.
