中小型库存管理信息系统的设计与开发——以杭州利江消防器材有限公司为例

 从20世纪60年代以来，从企业信息化的趋势来看，中小型企业的库存管理也趋向于信息化、网络化和高度集成化，随着信息技术的高速发展和国外大型物流企业的纷纷涌入中国，作为现代企业的物流管理的核心部分——库存管理，也要适应时代的发展。利用新的库存管理技术，开发库存管理系统。
 本文首先介绍了库存管理的目的和意义，然后分析了国内外库存管理的现状，并在此基础上，了解了库存管理发展的趋势和杭州利江消防器材有限公司的运营模式及存在问题。运用powerbulider 9.0编程环境和SQL server 2000数据库管理系统来设计库存管理系统，以适应库存管理技术的发展。它能够为中小型企业（杭州利江消防器材有限公司）提高经济效率。
 作为系统实现的一部分本文还描述了系统的模块，本系统主要分为六大模块：入库模块，出库模块，盘点模块，统计模块，客户管理模块，信息管理模块。

 Abstract

 Since the 1960s ，from the view of the trend of enterprises’ information, inventory management of small and medium-sized enterprises also tends to information, networking and a high degree of integration, with the rapid development of information technology and foreign and large logistics companies have one after another into china, inventory management is the core of the logistics management of the modern enterprise, we must adapt to the development of the times. We should use the new inventory management technology to develop the inventory management system.
 This paper first introduced the purpose and significance of the inventory management, and then analyzed the status of inventory management at home and abroad, and on the basis, I understand the development trend of inventory management and the operating mode and existing problems of Hangzhou Lee's Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. The use of PowerBuilder 9.0 programming’ environment and SQL server 2000 database management system is to design inventory management systems and adapt to the development of technology inventory management. It can raise economic efficiency for small and medium enterprises (Hangzhou Lee's Fire Equipment Co., Ltd.) .
 As part of the implementation of the system, this paper describes the system’s modules; the system can be divided into six modules: storage module, to the module, the inventory module, statistics module, the customer management module, information management module.
