中小企业信息系统的分析与设计——以中欧汽车销售公司CRM系统为例

内 容 摘 要

 本系统是根据中欧汽车销售公司信息管理需求的目的而设计的。信息系统已经成为大中小企业实现管理条理化、科技化、现代化的必要手段，它可以规范日常管理工作，支持领导决策，提高企业的运营效率，为企业提供及时、准确、广泛的信息。本文应用现代的管理思想与模式，对中小企业的CRM系统 ，即客户关系管理系统进行了分析与设计。
 本文共分五章。第一章问题提出，介绍选题背景和目的，第二章介绍了客户关系管理的现状，以及客户关系管理系统的概念等。第三章详细分析了中欧客户关系管理系统，包括系统的可行性分析、用户需求分析、数据流程分析等。第四章阐述了对中欧客户关系管理系统的设计，包括信息系统的概要设计和详细设计，其中详细设计还包括了数据库设计、代码设计、界面设计等等。第五章为结论。

ABSTRACT

 The design of the system is based on the purpose of the information management needs of EU car sales companies.  The information system has become the essential means to reach the systematical, technology and modern management of big small and medium-sized enterprises. It can regulate day-to-day management, support the leader to make the decisions, enhance the operational efficiency of the enterprise, providing timely, accurate, and a broad range of information. This paper Joins the modern management ideas and models, analysis and design for CRM system of small and medium-sized enterprise, which is the customer relationship management system.
       This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter issues, topics on the background and the purpose. Chapter II illustrate the status of customer relationship management in present situation, the concept of customer relationship management system, and so on. Chapter III go into details to analyze the China-EU customer relationship management system, including the feasibility-analysis, the user-needs-analysis, data-flow-analysis. Chapter IV on the China-EU customer relationship management system design, including a summary design and detailed design of information systems, detailed design also includes a database design, code design, interface design, and so on. Chapter V is the conclusion.
