摘要：当今，第三方物流企业越来越重视以客户为中心的经营理念。如何对客户的需求表现出快速有效的反应，从而提供更令人满意的物流服务，是关乎竞争成败的关键问题。通过对广州中物储国际货运代理公司和客户关系管理研究，探讨了客户关系管理在这一类型企业应用的价值，并针对这类企业的现状提出优化建议，希望对第三方物流企业关于客户关系管理的迫切需求有所帮助。

Guangzhou physical storage international freight forwarding company Customer Relationship Management

Abstract:Today, the third-party logistics enterprise attaches more and more attention to the idea of management which puts customers first . How to give a rapid and effective responses of customer's demand , and then to provide a more satisfactory logistics services,is the key to success . We discussed the value of the apply of the customer relationship management in such enterprise through observing the international freight forwarding company and customer relationship managementof Guangzhou physical storage,then some suggestions for the status of this enterprise were put forward ,and helped to meet the needs of the third-party logistics about the customers relationship management.
