上海XX国际货运有限公司仓储管理系统研究

摘要
 仓储是包含库存和储备在内的一种经济现象，普遍存在于一切社会现象中。近年来虽然许多物流公司已经认识到了仓储管理的重要性，但是由于制度不完善，信息化程度低，成本高等问题的制约，仍然面临很多的问题，因此，对其进行研究有着重要意义。本文综合运用了文献综述法、案例分析法、比较研究法和定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，具体分析了上海XX国际货运有限公司物流仓储管理的基本内容、业务流程，存在的主要问题，如物流仓储费用较高，仓储管理制度不完善，仓储管理方式粗放型等问题。最后结合上海XX国际货运有限公司的实际情况，提出了相应的建议，一是利用信息系统降低仓储费用，二是完善仓储管理制度体系，三是仓储管理向精细化转变。通过以上研究，一方面为上海XX国际货运有限公司优化仓储管理提供建议，另一方面也力求为我国物流企业仓储管理实践提供参考。

Abstract
The storage is included in inventory and reserves, including an economic phenomenon, and it exists in all social phenomena. Although many logistics companies in recent years have recognized the importance of storage management, but due to the imperfect system, the low level of information technology, the high cost of the constraints still facing many problems, therefore, to study its significance. In this paper, the use of a literature review law, case analysis, comparative study of law and the qualitative and quantitative research method of combining,In this paper, a detailed analysis of the Shanghai West Railway Logistics International Transportation Co., Ltd. long storage of the basic content management, business process, the main problems, such as higher cost of logistics warehousing, warehouse management system is imperfect, storage management issues such as extensive. Finally, the West Rail long Shanghai International Freight Co., Ltd. of the actual situation, the recommendations of the corresponding, first, the use of information systems to reduce storage costs, and the other is to improve warehouse management system, warehouse management to the third transition Fine. Through the above-mentioned studies, on the one hand, the West Rail long Shanghai International Freight Co., Ltd. to provide recommendations to optimize storage management, on the other hand, aim to give our country the practice of logistics warehouse management to provide reference.
