论文字数:18274.页数:43 附CAD图, 摘 要 本文是关于赛马车空调控制饰板双型腔注射模的设计,其中设计内容包括:塑件的工艺性分析、分型面选择、型腔数确定、浇口设计、侧向分型抽芯机构设计、推出及复位机构方式确定、型芯、型腔尺寸计算、冷却系统、模架的计算。通过对塑件的结构分析,并用AutoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。本文采用了斜导柱抽芯机构,具有结构简单,制造方便,安全可靠的特点,确保模具工作运用可靠。 关键词:模具;斜导柱;侧抽芯机构;型芯 Abstract With the development of the plastics industry, injection mold to improve product quality has become a hungry market an important means of competitive, but also the industrial sector is receiving increasing attention.
