论文字数:24150.页数:50 附CAD图, 外文翻译 摘 要 本设计是“赛马车控制面罩双型腔注射模”模具设计,塑料工业的飞速发展,对注塑模具的设计与生产提出了质量好、制造精度高、研发周期短等越来越高的要求,能否适应这种需求已成为模具生产企业发展的关键因素。这次设计中只要有参数校核、型腔壁厚、型腔深度、脱模力等计算。主要是注射机的选择问题比较难,它是根据选择的材料密度、塑件的质量和体积等来选择注射机的型号。在此设计中我选择的是SZ-800/3200卧式注射机,这个注射机的注射量、注射压力、锁模力等都是足够的了。本文中针对控制面罩注射模具制定出合理的设计结构,其中包括成型部分及其零部件设计,浇注系统设计,脱模机构设计,冷却系统设计等。根据分析,设计了一套塑料注射模具,并对模具以及主要零件进行了CAD绘图。 关键字:注射模具 浇注系统 脱模机构 冷却系统 Abstract Race car design is the control of dual-cavity injection mold mask mold design, plastic industry, the rapid development of injection mold design and production of a good quality and high precision manufacturing, research and development, such as increasing short-cycle requirements, can adapt to this demand has become a tool of production a key factor in enterprise development.
