论文题目：乳腺癌患者术后疼痛心里干预的临床研究
摘要

目的：探讨对乳腺癌患者实施心理干预的有效性，提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量。
方法：随机选取乳腺癌癌患者100名分为干预组（实施心理干预）和对照组（给与空白干预），在镇痛治疗的基础上,运用心理学技术，实施心理干预，并通过疼痛、焦虑、抑郁三种调查量表对心理干预效果进行评定。干预前后用生活满意度评定量表（LSR）和生活满意度指数量表（LSB）及改进的生命质量评定量表评价生存患者的生命质量。而对照组则处于自行康复状态。统计分析比较两组的生存质量改变量的差异。
结果：两组评分比较中，在控制了年龄等不均衡因素后，干预后，干预组疼痛程度比对照组显著减轻（p<0.05）；干预组疼痛程度比干预前显著减轻（p<0.05）。干预后干预组与对照组及干预组自身前后对比焦虑程度、抑郁程度差异无显著性（p>0.05）。干预组在各维度评分都高于对照组P<0.05或P<0.01。，干预组在生存质量总分、心理状态、家庭社会功能及自我评价等方面提高的程度仍高于对照组P<0.05或P<0.01。心理健康状况均有不同程度的改善(p<0.01)，焦虑水平也明显降低(p<0.01) 。
结论：心理干预可以减轻乳腺癌患者疼痛，提高镇痛效果，对乳腺癌患者实施心理干预在改善心理健康及焦虑情绪可起到明显作用。多学科联合的综合康复干预方法有助于乳腺癌患者生存质量的提高。

Title: breast cancer patients who underwent the heart intervention clinical research
Absrract：
Objective: to study the implementation of psychological intervention in patients with breast cancer, improve breast cancer patients with the effectiveness of the quality of life.
Methods: breast cancer patients selected randomly divided into interention group (60 implement psychological intervention) and the control group (give in blank intervention), on the basis of analgesic therapy, using the psychology technology, implement psychological intervention, and through pain, anxiety, depression three survey scale in psychological intervention effect was evaluated. Before and after the intervention using life satisfaction rating scale (LSR) and life satisfaction index scale (LSB) and improvement of life quality rating scale evaluation survival in patients with the quality of life. The control is in itself recovery. Statistical analysis compared between the two groups the life quality of the difference of the amount of change.
Results: two groups score in the comparison, the age in controlling uneven factors, the interention, intervention group was significantly reduce pain levels than (p < 0.05). Intervention group extent of pain before significantly reduce than intervention (p < 0.05). Interentions intervention ergometry and intervention group itself anxiety, depression compared before and after the non-significance difference (p > 0.05). Intervention group in each dimension scores were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05) or (P < 0.01). The quality of life, intervention group total score, mental state, family, social function and self appraisal etc increase the degree of still higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05) or (P < 0.01). Psychological health are different degrees of improvement (p < 0.01), anxiety level also decreased obviously (p < 0.01).
Conclusions: patients with breast cancer, psychological intervention can relieve pain, improve the analgesic effect in patients with breast cancer, implement psychological intervention in improving mental health and anxiety can play a significant role. Multidisciplinary joint comprehensive rehabilitation intervention method helps to improve the quality of breast cancer patients survival.
