论文题目：探讨乳腺癌患者术后自我形象紊乱、心理干预的实践性研究
摘　要
 目的：本研究旨在探讨乳腺癌术后患者自我形象紊乱及影响因素，为采取有效的心理护理措施，提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量。
 方法：采用专家指导下的系统抗癌和群体抗癌相结合的方法，在镇痛治疗的基础上，对患者接受躯体功能康复诊疗的同时进行心理干预措施，干预期为2个月。并通过疼痛、焦虑、抑郁三种调查量表对恶性肿瘤患者干预前后心理健康及情绪变化进行比较；干预前后用生活满意度评定量表（LSR）和生活满意度指数量表（LSB）及改进的生命质量评定量表评价生存患者的生命质量。而对照组则处于自行康复状态。统计分析比较两组的生存质量改变量的差异。
 结果：乳腺癌患者术后自我形象紊乱状况明显高于国内常模，其发生与年龄、收入、临床分期、职业和受教育程度等有关。针对不同程度的心理问题，给予了相应的心理行为的个体化干预，取得了显著效果。
结论：对恶性肿瘤患者实施心理干预在改善自我形象紊乱、心理健康及焦虑情绪可起到明显作用。多学科联合的综合康复干预方法有助于恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的提高。

Title: Breast cancer patients in clinical studies of psychological intervention
Summary
Objective: This study examined breast cancer patients self-image disorders and factors for effective psychological care measures to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
Research Methods: The System under the guidance of expert groups of anti-cancer and anti-cancer method of combining the analgesic treatment based on the physical function of patients receiving rehabilitation treatment at the same time psychological interventions, intervention period of 2 months. And through the pain, anxiety, depression questionnaire to three kinds of cancer patients before and after intervention for mental health and emotional changes can be compared; before and after intervention with life satisfaction rating scale (LSR) and life satisfaction index scale (LSB) and improved quality of life rating scale evaluation of the quality of life of patients survive. The results: breast cancer patients was significantly higher than the state of self-image disorder domestic norm, its occurrence with age, income, clinical stage, occupation and level of education and so on. For different degrees of psychological problems, given the appropriate behavior of individual psychological intervention, and achieved remarkable results.
Conclusion: The implementation of psychological intervention in cancer patients to improve self-image disorders, mental health and anxiety can play a significant role. Joint multi-disciplinary comprehensive rehabilitation intervention to help improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.
