宁波服装业对外贸易发展探析

摘    要

   服装业的发展是发展我国经济，提高我国国际贸易水平的重要组成部分。浙江是我国服装生产的主要产区，宁波作为浙江省服装业的龙头，在全国服装业中占有重要地位，已经成为国内最大的服装生产基地和服装的主要出口城市。
宁波服装业的发展具备良好的条件和不可多得的机遇，但服装业在迅速发展的同时也存在危机。如缺少服装专业人才；缺乏质量和创新意识；品牌知名度低；服装产业结构不完善等问题，这些都是宁波服装业从产业链的低端到达高端的制约瓶颈。针对宁波服装业的问题，本文提出要大力实施人才和品牌战略；同时运用Gereffi等人的全球价值链 (global value chain,GVC)理论，提出要大力推进产业链的完善，实施以嵌入全球产业价值链为中心的产业升级政策，构筑更加完整的产业链；积极开拓东盟等新型市场，充分利用这些国家的贸易优惠条件；与此同时，还要大力提升行业协会作用；通过转换政府职能等措施，为宁波服装业迈向国际市场创造有利的政策环境。

Abstract
 
The economic development of the clothing industrial is an important constituent part to develop our Chinese economy and promote the international trade in China.     Zhejiang is a main place of costume production in China. The city Ningbo, as the leader of clothing industrial in Zhejiang Province, plays a significant role in the national clothing industry and has already become the major export city and one of the biggest domestic base of costume production.
There are many precious opportunities and favorable conditions for the economic development of clothing industrial in Ningbo. However, there are still some crises at the same time. For example , lacks the clothing special talented person ,the high quality and the innovative consciousness; well-known brand are few ; the clothing industrial structure is imperfect and so on, these are the Ningbo clothing industry from the industrial chain low level arrives high level’s stumbling obstacles. In view of Ningbo clothing industry’s question, this article from implements the talented person and the brand strategy, Gereffi and other members of the global value chain (global value chain, GVC) theory, vigorously promoting the improvement of the industrial chain, embedded in the global industrial value chain as the center of industrial promotion policy, build a more complete industry chain; actively explore ASEAN new markets and take full advantage of some countries’s preferential trade terms; improve association function, promote the government’s function aspects and so on displays the solution countermeasures.
