 在这样的时代背景下，本系统正是为了适应酒店的发展，提高酒店的客房管理的效率和质量，适应现代酒店的特点而开发的。本文概要的讲述了酒店客房管理信息系统中，客房管理系统的课题背景、开发环境、需求分析等部分。通过本系统可以对客房预定、管理等信息进行有效的管理。可以通过本系统方便的查询、统计相关的数据，并对酒店客房实行有效的管理。 为酒店客房管理需要的数据管理和维护提供一个方便快捷的操作管理模式。

    Diversify with the fact that global economy integration makes hotel job customer resource especially rich, many especially vast marketplace channels simultaneous, more, the hotel job climbs the customer expectation rising , forces the hotel director to explore the service quality expanding a hotel selling , improving unceasingly further , reduces the magic weapon managing cost and the new of lifting customer degree of satisfaction be confronted with day by day fierce environment of competition and ceaseless come to strengthen hotel core competition.
 Under such a background characteristic of times, this system exactly is for adapting to development of hotel , improves efficiency and mass that the hotel guest room manages , adapts to modern hotel characteristic but develops. The main body of a book essentials's the guest room manages parts such as systematic problem background , exploitation environment , need analysis in Management Information System having given an account of the hotel guest room. By capital, system can carry out effective administration on guest room information such as fixing in advance , managing. And can pass convenient inquiry of system , statistics relevance data, the guest room puts effective administration into practice to the hotel. For the hotel guest room manages the data administration and upkeep needing providing a convenient rapid operation manage a pattern.
