酒店客户管理（CRM）系统

摘   要

 现在小型酒店兴起，但对大多数小规模经营的酒店来说并不适合购买大型客户管理系统软件，所以为了应对这一现状，本文结合小型酒店实际业务，设计开发了一个基于酒店信息管理的系统。本系统将采用技术成熟的VB6.0作为前台开发工具。后台数据库采用微软公司的Access数据库，因为它的灵活性、安全性和易用性为数据库编程提供了良好的条件。因此，系统的软件开发平台已成熟可行。硬件方面，科技的飞速发展使硬件的更新速度越来越快，容量越来越大，可靠性越来越高，价格越来越低，其硬件平台完全能满足此系统的需要。本文着重论述了系统开发的一般流程与相关技术。

Hotel Cusomer Relationship Management System

Abstract

 The rise of the current small hotel, for the majority hotel of small business  is not suitable for large-scale Customer Management System software.In response to this situation, the system combines a small hotel real business, design and development of a hotel-based information management system. The system will use the technology mature VB6.0 as a development tool. Background database will use Microsoft Access database, because of its flexibility, security and ease of use for database which provides a good condition. Therefore, the system's software development platform has become an option. Hardware, rapid development of technology to make updates faster and faster hardware, increasing capacity, reliability, higher and higher prices dropping, and the hardware platform can meet the needs of the system. This article focuses on the general process of system development and related technologies.
