陈宏谋治家思想探析

 摘要
 陈宏谋(1696—1771)作为清一代有名的疆吏，是桂林甚至是广西历史上有六个“之最”的文化名人。从陈宏谋家书及有关史料中探析治家思想，主要包括：以教子为本的兴家思想、以品性择人的治家思想、以勤俭为务的持家思想、以睦亲为上的齐家思想。简单分析治家思想的主要来源，如少年时期的生活、儒家思想的影响和康雍乾时期提倡勤俭节约的社会风气。以历史的观点，客观看待陈宏谋治家思想，对其治家思想作一个综合的评价，了解其思想的主要特色和局限性。通过借鉴及吸取陈宏谋治家思想中的合理因素和其家教的成功经验，对于改善现代家庭生活中的人际关系及家庭教育，促进“齐家”进而“治国”“平天下”大有裨益。

The Analysis of Chen Hongmou Family Management in thought
 
 Abstract
 Chen Hong-mou (1696-1771) as the famous frontier offical in Qing Dynasty, the better-trained guilin in guangxi, even in history have the six cultural celebrity.From Chen Hong-mou’s home and historical material analysis of heavy tutor, including to teach children to the house, with the character of choice in mind, to make homes for the services industry, to something close to him ideas. Simple analysis in the main sources, such as age of life, the confucian influence and encourage diligence and frugality dry periods of social conduct . As historical point , analyzed in thought, the major source of Chen Hongmou in the objective view, one of his ideas in comprehensive evaluation, and understand the thoughts of the major features and limitations, highlighted the times. Through using the experiences of Chen Hongmou in thought and absorb the reasonable factors and his successful experiences in tutors to improve the modern family life education, family relationships and promoting “family harmony” , “state governing” and “world peace” good.
