 王灵农场发展史研究（1978-2010）
 摘要
 华侨农场是建国以来我国安置以东南亚归难侨为主的重要基地。本文以越南华侨安置点—王灵农场为研究对象，通过访谈及侨联侨办获取^^文档，窥探王灵农场1978-2010的发展历程，藉以为华侨农场的发展规律做点补充。笔者以体制改革作为划分的依据，把发展历程分为初建时期、大锅饭时期、改革和探索时期，并从整体的发展现状的基础上，分析体制改革所出现的问题以及归难侨自身中所存在的人口流动、土地纠纷、价值观的问题。

The Development History of Wang Ling Overseas Chinese Farm during 1978-2010
 
 
Abstract
 Overseas Chinese Farm is an important base where a lot of overseas Chinese back from Southeast Asia have been supplied with housing since the establishment of our nation.This paper will focus on Wang Ling Overseas Chinese Farm,a place for the overseas from vietnam as the research target.Through the talks and materials got from the overseas Chinese affairs office, the paper is going to do a survey about the history of Wang Ling overseas Chinese farm from 1978 to 2010. In this way.It can supplement some laws of development for Overseas Chinese Farm.Dived by the system change process, Phylogeny include EarlyPeriod,Communal pot, reform and explore Period. and on the basis of  Phylogeny, Author analyze the problems raised from system change and those problems existing among the overseas Chinese themselves,such as movement of population,land disputes and values.
