摘  要
 随着市场经济体制的逐渐完善，以及世界经济一体化进程的加快，作为市场主体的企业面临越来越激烈的竞争。企业必须建立高效、动态的快速反映系统，有效整合企业内外部信息，才能不断适应客户需求，以求进一步的发展。ERP(一企业资源规划)作为当前国际上通用的管理信息系统，能够顺应企业面临全球化市场竞争的管理需求，在供应链流程中进行信息集成处理，具有先进的现代企业管理模式。实施ERP成为企业顺应历史潮流，走向世界市场的必然趋势。
 库存管理系统作为ERP实施的一部分，在企业中占有极其重要的作用，本软件采用稳定可靠的Windows XP和SQL Server 2000为开发平台,采用功能强大的PowerBuilder9.0开发工具成功开发一个基于C/S结构的企业库存管理系统.该系统集输入、维护、查询、筛选、统计和各种处理为一体,融入了定置管理、ABC分类法、库存控制、供应商综合评价等成熟的管理方法,提高了软件的知识含量.该系统特别适用于中小型企业库存管理,对控制企业库存,降低企业成本有显著效果.

ABSTRACT

 Along with the acceleration of the process of world economics integration, the enterprises which are the main part of the market are facing more and more intense competition. In order to serve the clients' requirements and make further development, enterprise must establish an efficient and dynamic system which responses fast, and integrate the internal and external information of the enterprise effectively. As the general international information management  system, enterprise resource plan system can acclimatize the management requirement of the enterprise which must face the global market competition. It can integrate information in the supply chain flow, and it has advanced management pattern of modern enterprise. Enterprise must carry out the ERP system in order to comply with the historical trend and the moving towards the world market.
 Store Management System is a part of ERP and plays an important role in enterprise. The store management system which based on client/server was developed successfully by Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000, programmed by PowerBuilder9.0. It included input, maintenance, query, filter, status and all kinds of process as well as fix management, ABC taxonomy, inventory control and synthesis estimate. It is proved to be effect in controlling inventory and reducing the cost of middle enterprise.
