摘      要

 本文主要介绍了用在GDX型包装机上的小包烟支检测器，通过红外反射式光电传感器来感应烟支端面烟丝的多少，从而判断是否是空头或缺嘴。
    该检测器是专为GDX型设计的智能型检测器，用20路红外反射式光电传感器，对国内标准烟支767排列的成型烟支进行检测，采集的烟支信号送入C8051F226单片机处理。并通过4位LED显示好烟和坏烟的字符。该检测器具有具有自学习功能和灵敏度调节功能。

Abstract

This paper mainly presents a small bag cigarette detection which GDX type. This detection judges whether it is the short-seller or not have filter tip through the infrared reflecting type photoelectric sensor.
The measuring device is intelligent detection designed specially for the GDX type, with No.20 infrared photoelectric sensor of reflecting for domestic standard smoke 767 shaping cigarette. It gathers the signal and sends into C8051F226 one-chip computer to deal. At the same time, it shows the character of good smoke and bad smoke through 4 bit LED. The detection has the function of oneself-teach and sensitivity regulating.
