无刷直流电动机及驱动系统设计

摘要：无刷直流电动机是近年迅速兴起的一种新型电机，它广泛应用与工业，农业，以及军事等领域。无刷直流电动机系统既保持了直流电动机良好的调速控制特性，由具有寿命长、可靠性高、无换向火花及低噪音等优点，又消除了电刷和换向器的机械接触。
本文是对无刷直流电动机系统做出深入的剖析与设计。在介绍无刷直流电动机设计中，关于相数、极数、槽数及绕组连接方式的选择方法和应遵从的规律.而且针对直流电动机结构特点和工作性能，在电枢反应理论基础上设计出功率为240w的无刷直流电动机，并对霍尔位置传感器和无刷电动机的控制及驱动做了详细的分析。

Abstract：Brush less DC motor is a new-model electric machine emerging rapidly in recent years. It is to widely used in industry 、agriculture military affair and so on . Apart from good speed regulation characteristics which DC Motor has, brush less DC drive system not only has some merits Such as long life (longevity), high reliability, no commutation Spark, low to noise and soon but eliminates the mechanical Contact of brush with commutation.
This text analyzes and designs brush less DC motor drive system detailed. During the design select the number of phase. Pole and slot and indicates the rule followed, depending on the structure features and performance characteristic of DC motor, and design 240w brush less DC motor based on armature reaction, and analyzes detailed Hoer position sensor and the control and drive of rush less DC motor.
