摘  要:本文介绍了分布式交流电动机群的运行监控系统的功能、硬件和软件的设计、元器件选择和操作说明。通过对电动机常见故障的分析,提出了基于电流、电压、温度、速度信号的测量与控制保护方法。硬件设计部分包括整体方案的设计思路和原理框图、PLC及其扩展板、启动/停机控制、电流监测模块的测控原理和测控电路、电压监测电路的测控原理和测量电路、温度监测模块的测控原理和测量电路、转速测量电路的电动机转速测量原理和测量电路、显示报警、联网通信和操作面板的设计。其中PLC及其扩展板部分重点介绍了模拟量输入模块FX2N—4AD、PT-100型温度传感器用模拟量输入模块FX2N—4AD—PT和PLC的I/O连接设计。软件设计部分包括主程序模块、启动/停机控制、电流测控、电压测控、温度测控、速度测控、显示、报警模块的编程设计。其中显示、报警模块部分重点介绍了显示主程序、MAX7219初始化、向MAX7219送地址或数据、MAX7219数据装载、翻页显示和报警子程序的编程设计。同时在设计交流电动机群的测控过程中介绍了几种比较新的传感器的应用,如CSD系列电流开关、磁补偿式电压传感器等,还介绍了MAX7219的工作原理及条图显示电路。模拟实验表明:该交流电动机群的智能化测控系统具有运行可靠、操作方便以及功能完善等优点,有着广阔的应用前景。

 The intelligentization measurement and control system of AC electric motor crowd
 
Abstract:This article introduces the function, design components and parts selection of hardware and software of the intelligentization measurement and control system of AC electric motor crowd ,and it give out the operation explanation. By means of the analysis of the common wrongs to the electromotor, this paper puts forward methods based on the measurement and control protection of current, voltage, temperature and speed signals. The hardware design part includes design thoughts and schematics, PLC and the expands board, start / stop the machine control, mornitor and controlling principle , mornitor and controlling circuit of current, mornitor and watcher principle and the metering circuit of voltage, temperature mornitor and controlling principle and metering circuit, electromotor rotating speed measurement principle and the metering circuit, demonstration warning and internetworking communication of rotating speed measurement circuit of monitoring module and operates the design of face board including design train of thought and the principle block diagram and PLC of entire scheme. Among them PLC and its expanded board part are stressly introduct the capacity imitating load module FX2N-4AD and PT-100's mould temperature bulb to link designing with the I/O of the capacity imitating load module FX2N-4AD-PT and PLC. The software design part includes the master routine module and starts / stops the machine control, current observing and controlling, voltage observing and controlling, temperature observing and controlling, speed observing and controlling, demonstration and range the compiling design of warning module. Among them Showing and warning part stressly are introduced demonstration master routine, MAX7219's beginningization, sending address or data and MAX7219's data loading and turned over the range the compiling design that the page or leaf shows ,and warning the procedure to MAX7219. Introducing several kinds of applications of fairly newer sensor in designing ,the observing and controlling course of AC electric motor crowd at the same time, like CSD's series current switch and magnetism compensation type voltage sensor etc, the work principle still to introduce MAX7219 reaches the strip to scheme to show the circuit. Imitating the experiment indicate: the intelligentization measurement and control system of this AC electric motor crowd possesses the merits like that the operating is reliable or operation convenience as well as function are perfect etc, and has the vast application foreground.
