摘 要:随着科学技术的迅速发展，近几十年来，在基础理论、材料、工艺、生产技术等方面取得了一系列重大突破后，电子电工技术进入了一个新的发展阶段。当前电子电工技术已经广泛地应用于国防、国民经济和人民生活等各个领域
 生产实践证明，无论产品多么复杂，劳动技能要求多么高，任何装配操作都可以分解成一些简单操作动作的组合。因此，采用先进的技术（先进的加工方法，先进的工装设备等），拟订良好的工作方法和措施，改善工作环境，以使每一工作的操作简单、流畅、高效率、低强度，这不仅是生产发展的必然规律，亦是工艺工作的着眼点。
电子电气设备工艺与制造技术它牵涉到：设计结构、材料知识、测试技术、使用要求、设备条件、产品品质、产品成本等。在学习本课程之前，应具备理化基本知识、机械基础、金属工艺、元件材料、电子技术、电工技术等有关专业方面的知识。
 多媒体是全面综合性的信息资源，它常常指信息表示媒体的多样化，常见的形式有文字、^论文、图形、影像、动画、视讯、声音、特殊效果等，再经由电脑表现出来，它能用来达成信息传播中的任何媒体资源。
 Flash 由著名的互动多媒体软件公司Macromedia 出品，是目前公认的功能强大的交互式多媒体制作软件，广泛的应用于多媒体教学和商业领域中。用Flash 进行多媒体创作，简单易懂，容易上手，它能完美地结合文本、图形、音频、视频及动画等素材，制作出精美的、包含丰富媒体的多媒体作品，适合于多媒体创作的各种水平层次的工作者和学者选择使用。
 为了能使多媒体课件用于教学，我们希望能够找到一种方便、实用且功能强大的多媒体软件，Flash无疑是这方面的佼佼者。本文首先对电子电气设备工艺与制造技术作了综合的概述，然后详细介绍了多媒体技术及多媒体课件的制作，这不仅给老师的上课提供了方便也为以后其它各门学科多媒体课件的制作提供了必要的参考。

Abstract:

 Along with the quick development of science and technology, 10 near years come , after basic theory, material, technology, production technology and other aspect get a series of significant breakthrough, electronic electrician technology enters a new development stage. Now, electronic electrician technology has been applied extensively in every field such as defence, national economy and people's life.
Production practice proof is so complex regardless of product , labour ability is asked so high , any assembly operation can decompose into some combinations of simple operating movement. Therefore, with advanced technology( advanced processing method and advanced tool equipment etc.), draw up good working method and measure, improvement working environment, so as make the operation of each work simple, smooth , efficient, low strength, this is not only the inevitable law of production development, is also the starting point of technology work.
 Electronic electrical equipment technology and make technology it involve: Design structural, material knowledge, test technology and use to ask , equipment condition, product quality and product cost etc.. Before studying this course , should have reason to melt basic knowledge and machinery are basic the, metal knowledge of technology, element material, electronic technology, electrician technology and other relevant professional aspects.
 Multi-media is all-sidedly multiple information resource, it often points at information to express the variation of medium, common form has writing, information, graph, an image and animation to regard message, sound and special effect etc., come out again via computer expression, it can used reach any medium resource in information spread.
 Flash from famous move multi-media software company's Macromedia product mutual, is powerful present generally recognized function each other type multi-media produce software, extensive application in multi-media teaching and commercial field. Carry out multi-media creation with Flash, simple is easy to understand , easy start, it can combine the source material such as text, graph, audio frequency, video and animation perfectly, produce is exquisite , is contained the multi-media works of rich medium, the scholar and worker who suits the various horizontal levels of multi-media creation select use.
 To be able to make multi-media lesson be used in teaching, we hope to be able to find a kind of convenient, practical multi-media software with powerful function , Flash is above average of this respect undoubtedly. This paper is first for electronic electrical equipment technology and make technology to make synthesize general state , then, introduce the produce of multi-media technical and multi-media lesson in detail, this not only gives teacher attend class to offer convenience to also offer necessary reference for the afterwards other produce of each door subject multi-media lesson.
