摘  要：本文以三菱公司 FX2N系列 PLC为例，开发了 PLC在电器铁心冲片生产线PLC控制系统中的应用研究，并据此实现了 PLC的控制功能。在电器铁心冲片自动生产线PLC控制系统中，采用三菱公司 FX2N系列 PLC实现运输带的动作程序控制，并对小车控制系统以及对 PLC模块及其开发与应用进行了研究，实验结果表明，该系统系统具有较高的控制精度和优良的动稳态性能，有着较强的工业应用前景。
 该电器铁心冲片生产线控制系统，根据实际要求利用PLC的实时控制和顺序处理功能，完成系统控制，本次设计为了考虑到系统的稳定性和安全性，采用了当今技术较高的霍尔元件代替传统使用的行程开关，以及利用红外线检测技术来检测当前产品的完成件数。在本次论文中，给出了控制系统的硬件原理图，主电路图及软件设计。

Abstract: The PLC device introduced in this paper based on Mi   FX2N, is designed to control the electrical wire distribution system. In this system we use PLC FX2N to control the conveyor and study the controllable system of the cargo and the PLC control system. The experiment results  show us that the system has a magnificent accuracy and considerable steady state. This system has a wide application range in the industrial area.
  This control system , based on the request of practice adopt the PLC’s merits to finish the control of system. This design consider the steady ability and security adopt hoee’s components compare with switch which has more thchnology and infrared minitor technology to examine the quantity of production at the present This thesis has the system’s scheme of hardware main circuit diagram and software design.
