摘要: 随着继电器在国防及工农业生产中的广泛使用,用户对继电器的质量、性能和可靠性的要求也越来越高。这就需要在继电器的生产设计中对继电器参数进行测验和校正,以确保继电器的质量和工作可靠性。
 本设计的任务是在给定的工作条件下通过计算正确选择电流继电器的结构型式,确定电磁系统和触头系统的尺寸及参数,在次基础上，利用PRO/E软件对其进行实体造型，并用有限元法对其进行电磁场分析，结合吸力特性反力特性配合进行优化设计。

Design Of A Current Relay

Abstract: With after electric appliances is in national defense and work agricultures produce of extensive usage, customer to after the quantity, function of the electric appliances with dependable and sexual request too more and more.This need in after the production design of the electric appliances to proceed the test after the electric appliances parameter with correct, to insure after the quantity of the electric appliances with work dependable.
The mission of this design settles to descend to pass the right choice in calculation electric current at the work term that give after the construction pattern of the electric appliances, certain electromagnetism system with size and parameters of the Contact a system, on a foundation, make use of the PRO/ the software of E as to it's proceed the entity shape, counteract the limited a method as to it's proceed an analysis, join together the versa dint in characteristic in vacuum force characteristic match with the proceeding the excellent turning the design.
