PLC在电动单梁天车中的应用

摘     要

本文主要研究了在生产流程中，应用PLC控制天车工作的程序编制及优越性阐述。首先介绍了可编程序控制器的定义、主要功能以及它的优越性。接着阐述了天车的应用领域，主要介绍了如何用PLC控制天车工作，以及传统控制与PLC控制优缺点的对照。并列出了详细的电气控制线路图、主线路图、PLC的输入输出外部接线图及程序的梯形图。另外，在本文的最后还附加了详细的程序指令表。总之，它能使读者清楚地认识到用可编程序控制器控制天车的强大优越性和灵活性。

ABSTRACT
   This text has chiefly  been studied in the process of production , and applies the program and the superiority of PLC's control shop traveler work . The most before all others definition of the programmable order controller and major merit introduced can reach the superiority . Then expound the application domain of shop traveler . Major how introduced with PLC's control shop traveler work , as well as the tradition is controlled and the contrast of PLC's control . Stand side by side the trapezoid picture of outside wiring diagram and the program of I/O of electric control line Lu Tu thread Lu Tu PLC of detail . Moreover the detailed program is finally still had in this text . In a word it can make reader clearly know the big and powerful superiority  with the programmable order controller control shop traveler .
