基于松下FPX的线路板打孔控制系统设计

 摘  要
 
 本文针对VFD企业生产过程中使用到的线路板打孔机的精度和定位问题提出了基于松下FPX的线路板打孔控制系统设计的方案。
 本系统以松下PLC的FPX C30T为控制器，松下触摸屏GT32作为人机界面，采用伺服驱动技术、变频器无级调速技术对伺服系统与变频器进行控制。文章中对打孔控制系统的硬件和软件进行了详细的设计，并给出了相关的设计原理图和系统软件，还对打孔中的各个步骤做了了详细的说明，进行了系统实验调试。
 实验运行结果符合生产实际要求，系统满足精度和工艺的要求，对产品的质量和稳定性有一定的提高。

 This article the line board punching machine's precision which and the localization question uses in view of the VFD enterprise production process in proposed based on the Panasonic FPX line board punch control system design plan.
 The system controller for the PLC to Matsushita Panasonic touch screen GT32 as a human-computer interface, a servo-driven technology, drives stepless speed regulation technology,Drives stepless speed regulation technology to servo control system and inverter. The structural design of hardware and software for a detailed ,and from the NC drilling machine functions start with a detailed introduction to the NC drilling machines,processes,of the specific hardware and software flow circuit diagram. This paper is one of the largest not only to discuss the characteristics of the NC drilling machine design, also presented a specific implemention process and implementation of the steps and debugging.
 Experimental results in line with the practical requirements of production, systems and processes to meet the accuracy requirements of product quality and stability have improved.
