制动主缸检测系统设计

摘要
本文取材于实际的应用型课题——“浙江通顺制动主缸性能检测系统”的研制，这一套检测系统是应用于汽车零部件企业，依据国家相关汽车行业标准，主要针对汽车液压制动系统制动主缸综合性能进行测试的试验设备。采用计算机控制和机电一体化技术，实现工厂现场流水检测，前四道检测工序采用欧姆龙PLC加触摸屏控制，最后一道检测项采用工业PC和板卡控制。PLC和板卡（包括数据采集卡和运动控制卡）主要完成现场的动作控制和压力值，位移值等的采集等工作，触摸屏主要通过与PLC通讯控制PLC进而控制现场的各种设备的自动运行，装有VC编写的控制软件的工业PC通过PCI总线控制数据采集卡和运动控制卡实现现场的监控和数据处理、显示。
本文首先针对技术要求，评价了各种检测工艺和方法，结合国内行业情况并依据相关标准，以及厂家的要求确定了主缸的检测项(包括空行程和动密封，负压密封和回油性，低压密封和补偿孔通畅，主缸带油杯总成负压密封，主缸带油杯总成液压建压及高压密封)，并确定了“气试“和”油试“相结合的检测工艺，论述了整套装置的设计方案，确定了该检测装置的机械系统，电控系统，气控系统。满足了自动检测和可视化检测的要求，实现了参数实时显示和特性曲线的动态绘制、自动进行压力超限报警、产品品质判断，检测数据的存储、查询和打印，以及特征点的捕捉等功能。

ABSTRACT
The paper derives from a practical application’s subject—development of a Break Master cylinder Detection System.the system is a test equipment which applied to Auto Parts Enterprise ,according to the nation’s relay Automotive Industry standand that mainly for the detection of Automotive Hydraulic Braking System Break Master cylinder Comprehensive performance.the system use computer control and Mechatronics technolog人y, achieve the Purpose of factory scene assembly line detection.the first four detection Processes use omron PLC and Touch Screen,the last detection Processe use Industry Computer and labcard. PLC and labcard (include Data Acquisition Card and Motion Control Card) were mainly carry through the work of scene control and data collection include press and Displacement, the Touch Screen communication with the PLC to make the equipment to auto run.,the industry PC With control Software that was writen by Visual C++ language ,through PCI Bus control the Data Acquisition Cardand Motion Control Card fufill Monitoring,and data collecton\display.

First ,with the request of the technology , The paper discussed some detection methods, combine with the domestic industry condition ,accroding to the relay standand and the request of the Manufacturers fixed the Break Master cylinder’s Detection item.(include empty displacements,dynamic leak, Negative pressure leak, low pressure leak, Negative pressure leak with Oil Cup,High Pneumatic leak and High hydraulic leak ),fixed the detection that combine the Pneumatic test with Liquid oil test,describe the design of the whole device. confirm the device’s mechanical system,electronic control system, Pneumatic control system, Meet the demands of automatic detection and visual detection ,fufill the data live display and feature curve dynamic draw ,the system also support automatic beyond pressure gauge alarm and products quality evaluation , data Store, data search 、print,and feature point catch and so on .
