纸机卷取自动控制设计

摘 要

 目前，我国的造纸行业发展迅速，特别是沿海地区出现了一批规模大的造纸企业。卷取部分、控制系统等是造纸装置中的重要组成部分，卷取部分主要由卷纸机、控制台等组成。传统的的卷纸机有许多的性能缺陷，已经不能适应现在高速纸机的要求。因此随着造纸行业的飞速发展，对卷纸机的结构设计、功能完善等方面都提出新的要求。
 本文针对这些要求，对生产过程中的卷纸机的自动换卷控制系统进行了研究，并且进行了控制程序的设计。卷纸机的自动换卷控制系统的核心部分由位置传感器与ControlLogix5000系列PLC（可编程控制器）系统构成，利用ControlLogix5000系列PLC系统，根据传感器的位置信息的变化进行编程。结果表明，设计的程序能够很好的进行相应的控制。

ABSTRACT

 At present, China's paper industry has developed rapidly, especially the coastal areas in a number of large-scale paper making enterprises. Coiling of the control system, and the installation of recycled paper is an important component of the take-up by some of the major machine rolls, made up of the console. The traditional rolls of the performance of many defects, now has been unable to meet the requirements of high-speed machine. So with the rapid development of the paper industry, machine rolls on the structural design, improve the function of such areas have raised new demands.
 In this paper, these requirements, the production process in the rolls of the automatic volume control system for the research, and to control the design process. Rolls of the automatic volume control system for the core part by the position sensor and ControlLogix5000 series PLC (Programmable logic Controller) system consists of ControlLogix5000 series PLC systems, sensors based on changes in the location information programming. The results showed that the design process can be very good for the corresponding control.
