变电站视频模拟监控系统的设计

摘  要
 随着变电所改造建设的深入进行，传统的“遥测、遥控、遥信、遥调”功能已经满足不了现代化变电所的发展要求，加之当今计算机技术的高速发展，如何集中管理各变电所设备的工作状态，实现无人值守变电所的远程图像实时监控，即“遥视”功能的实现，日益重要的呈现在我们面前。视频监控系统能直观、准确地实时反映变电所设备的运行状态，是现代化无人值守变电所管理中信息采集的不可代替的重要组成部分。远程网络电力图像监控系统将变电站的视频、音频等实时数据由变电站前端的设备采集编码，并将编码后的数据通过计算机网络传输到监控中心。监控中心接收编码后的视频、音频数据，进行集中统一的监视控制，存储和管理。远程网络电力图像监控系统的实施为实现变电站/所的无人值守提供了可能，从而为推动电力网管理逐步向自动化、综合化、集中化、智能化方向发展提供有力的技术保障。
