中美商务接待文化差异

摘    要
 本文首先阐述商务接待的定义以及目前的发展状况，理解商务接待在商务活动中的重要性以及在企业商业活动中的地位。其次结合具体事例阐述在商务接待中的具体体现，从不同的身份地位观，商务宴请，女性在商务接待中的价值与角色，送礼等方面分析商务接待中的文化差异。最后通过对中美两国历史和传统文化的简析，简析两国人民不同的世界观和价值观，以便从根源上更好的理解商务人士在商务接待中所体现的差异。通过对此研究，了解文化差异对商务接待的影响，以便更好的制定商务接待方案，适合来访人员，同时便于接待人员克服在接待过程中遇到的文化障碍。

ABSTRACT
 This paper first expounds the definition of business reception and its development. To understand the importance of business reception in business activities and the position in company’s project. Second this paper will combine some real instances to analyze the detailed difference reflected in business reception, for instance, different view of social states, business banquet，the role and value of women in business reception, and send gifts. At last this paper gives a brief analysis of China and America’s traditional culture and history and gives a brief understanding of the different view to the world and value. This is helpful to understand the differences appeared in business reception. By the means of research, know the impacts from cultural difference to business reception, then to make a better plan of business which adapt to visitors, at the same time it will help receptionists overcome the cultural barriers in work.
