摘要：套印准确其含意是指在印刷彩色印刷产品时将印版上各种不同颜色的图文准确地重叠在同一张印品的上面，使各种颜色的网线产品网点不变形，图文不走样，并且色泽绚丽，富有立体感。如果套印不准，则各色网点无法准确套合,文字图像就不能准确呈现出来，色彩还原失真。不同印刷方式下，影响套准精度的原因有些许不同，但总的来说可以分为三个方面，即印刷材料方面的因素、印刷工艺方面的因素以及印刷设备方面的因素。印刷方式很多,常见的有胶印、柔印等，不同的印刷方式对套准的控制不一样，套印不准的原因有所不同，解决方法也不一样。

Abstract:  Overlay accuracy of its meaning is defined as when printing color printing plates for the graphic on the different colors overlap precisely with a printed product at the top, so that products of various colors cable network is not deformed, fax no deviation and brilliant color, rich three-dimensional. If the overlay are not allowed, then the network can not accurately fit all colors, text, images can not be accurately shown by the distortion of color reproduction. Different printing methods, the impact of register accuracy slightly different reasons, but in general can be divided into three areas, namely, printed material aspects, the printing process aspects as well as printing equipment factors. Printing a lot of common with offset, flexo, etc., different printing methods on the control of different sets of criteria, the reasons are not allowed to overlay different solutions are not the same.
