 随着现代工业的发展，计算机信息管理系统越来越受到企业重视。在信息系统中，库存优化管理信息系统是一个企业单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于各类生产企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要。生产企业库存管理广泛地应用计算机网络系统，将会大大提高效率，减少费用，促使企业走向正规化、科学化，与世界接轨。对于石油这个行业来说，油品的库存量对油库有着直接的影响，合理的油品库存水平能大大节约资金的占用，是降低油库的成本，提高经济效益的重要手段之一。因此，确定合理存储规模，优化油库油品库存量，成为油库管理者者们所共同关注的焦点问题。本文主要分析了库存优化管理系统的一些基本功能和组成情况，包括系统的需求分析、系统结构、功能模块划分以及数据库模块分析等。达到了数据的一致性和安全性，且应用程序功能完备。同时简单介绍了PowerBuilder编程环境和SQL Server数据库管理系统的功能特点，一个优秀的库存优化管理信息系统是企业物流管理中重要的一环。

 ABSTRACT
 With the development of modern industry, the information management system of the computer is being paid attention to by enterprises. In information system, an optimize inventory Management Information System is an indispensable part of a business unit. It is critical for all types of production enterprises who decision-making and manage. Inventory Management of production enterprise widely used computer network system, which will greatly improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enables enterprise to be formalized, scientific, and the world. For the Petroleum industry, the stocks of fuel oil has a direct impact on economic efficiency, a reasonable of Oil stocks level can greatly save occupancy of money, and it is one of the important means to reduce the operating costs of gas station and improve economic efficiency. Therefore, confirm a rational storage scale and optimize the Oil stocks of gas stations become the focal issues of common concern who in gas station. This text has analyzed some basic functions of the optimize management system of the stock and makes up the situation mainly, including the systematic demand is analyzed, systematic structure, the function module divides and the data base mode is analyzed etc.. Having reached the consistency and security of the data, and the application program function is complete. Introduced the function characteristics of PowerBuilder programming environment and SQL Server data base management system briefly at the same time, an excellent inventory optimize Management Information System is an important aspect of the management of logistics enterprises.
