论文编号:XG011 论文字数:12902,页数:19 摘 要 近年来,客户关系管理(CRM)的话题已经受到越来越多的关注。本文介绍了客户关系管理的概念和网络环境的特点,阐述了网络环境下中小型企业实施客户关系管理中遇到的问题和这些问题产生的原因;并从如何解决这些问题入手,结合前人的研究成果,以鸿亨眼镜有限公司实施客户关系管理为例,提出了一系列策略,以减少网络环境下中小企业在实施客户关系管理中遇到的阻碍,从而提高企业收益。 关键词:客户关系管理、网络、中小企业 ABSTRACT These days, Customer Relationship Management(CRM) has been payed more and more attention. This article introduces the meaning of Customer Relationship Management and the trait of environment of network, expounds the problems when people carry out it in the medium and small enterprises and the reason why these problems happen. Based on other scholars’ research, it takes the approach of Hongheng Co.Ltd for example, and gives a series of analysis strategy, so that we can reduce the barriers when medium and small enterprises carry out CRM in the environment of network and the benefit of enterprises can be proved.
