【摘 要】我们的教育长期受应试教育的束缚，培养出来的人才难以适应二十一世纪的人才发展要求——会生存，会学习，会创造 。基于此，我们提倡“以人为本”的核心理念，关键就是在语文教学中贯穿人文精神。因此，我们应正确把握人文精神的核心，在课堂教学中创设和谐、融洽、愉悦的人文环境；活化教学环节；实行多元化评价，努力丰富教师的人文底蕴，真正引导学生体验人文精神，以此促进学生创造个性的发展。

Regain Lost humanistic spirit

ABSTRACT： Our long-term education of the shackles of the exam-oriented education，cultivate talent and the talent of the 21st century requirements -- will survive and will learn，will create very different talents. Because of this， we promote "people-oriented" core philosophy，the key lies in language teaching through the humanistic spirit. Therefore，we should correctly grasp the human spirit，the core of the classroom teaching creation harmonious， pleasant human environment；teaching activation；diversification evaluation efforts to enrich the cultural foundation of teachers；guide students to experience the real spirit of the humanities，promote students personality development.
