制造企业库存控制优化

内 容 摘 要
 
 库存是为了满足未来需要而暂时闲置的具有经济价值的资源。库存过多，会使企业资金占用量过多，影响企业的经济效益，并且还会产生多余的管理费用；库存过少，又使得企业不能满足客户的需求，降低客户满意率，从而影响企业的机能。因此，企业必须持有一定量的库存来满足生产的需求。所以，如何有效地进行库存控制，使企业在满足生产需求、提高客户满意率、提供服务水平的基础上实现低成本运营，是一件具有重大意义的事。
 本文以山浦企业为研究对象，通过调查、分析、研究山浦企业的库存现状，总结得出了该公司在库存控制方面存在的问题，并结合现代库存控制理论提出了相应的控制策略。利用虚拟联合库存管理和JIT精益思想来解决原材料及成品库存问题。 
 
 关键词：库存控制，联合库存管理，JIT精益思想

 ABSTRACT

 Inventory are idel resources with economic value in order to meet the future needs . Excessive inventory could make the circulating fund lacked and also the enterprise pay excessive fees,thus the economic impacs are not so optimistic.The deficiency of storage could disable the enterprise to meet the customer demands in time that the customer may not satisfy,consequently  influence the enterprise.Therefore,the enterprise  must hold rather amount of inventory .So,how to control inventory effectively to satisfy requirments ,improve service level ,lower cost is very important for enterprise.
 This paper is dedicated on the research of ShanPu Company, the writer of this paper summarized the problems existing in the inventory controlling of the company by studying，analyzing and researching the current situation of it and come up with corresponding controlling  strategy according to the inventory controlling theory．Combined Jointly Managed Inventory and Just In Time theory to solve the problem of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
