浅论食品企业物流业务外包问题研究

摘  要
 随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们的食品消费观念也向现代多样性变化。现代生活中，食品消费日益趋向系列、方便、安全、休闲及有益身心健康，现代人的饮食变化主要有以下五种倾向：快速化、多样化、休闲化、绿色化、保健化。总的来说，当前食品形式趋向于多样化和复杂化，使食品的生产物流和销售物流比以前更为复杂和充满挑战，这是企业采用物流外包的重要理由，从而引发起了新兴的食品物流外包市场。对食品产业来说，提出了更高的要求。在这种情况下，食品企业为了保持竞争力，必须不断的缩短产品开发研制时间、改进产品质量、降低生产成本、缩短交货周期。我国食品企业实力相对薄弱、资金相对短缺，自营食品物流的组织弱，规模小，不适应食品物流的高技术要求，食品物流业务外包的实施具有现实意义。
 本论文对食品企业物流外包及其存在的各种问题进行了系统研究。首先对食品物流外包，外包和食品的定义及相关内容进行了详细的介绍，对食品物流外包有了更深的了解。接着介绍了食品企业物流业务外包类型，并从多角度阐述了食品企业物流外包的快速发展对外部因素的影响，从中举出例子说明食品外包的重要性;其次，介绍了我国食品行业现状，并且提出食品企业物流业务外包存在的风险问题和安全问题。最后详细说明解决风险问题和安全问题的有效方法，使食品企业物流外包得到了更好的发展。

Abstract
 With economic development, people's living standards improve, people's food consumption values are to a modern and diverse Changes. Of modern life, food consumption growing more and more series, convenience, safety, leisure and good physical and mental health, the modern dietary changes are mainly the following five trends: rapid, diversified, leisure-oriented, green technology, health-oriented. In general, the current form of food tend to be diverse and complex, so that food production logistics and sales logistics more complex than before, and challenging, which is the logistics outsourcing enterprises to adopt important reason, which sparked off a new Food logistics outsourcing market. The food industry is concerned, put forward higher requirements. In this case, the food industry in order to remain competitive,Must constantly shortening product development time, improve product quality, reduce production costs, shorter delivery cycles. China's food enterprise strength is relatively weak, the relative shortage of funds, weak self-organization of food logistics, small scale and does not meet the high-tech requirements of food logistics, food logistics outsourcing the implementation of a practical significance.
 In this paper, outsource the logistics of food businesses and the existence of a systematic study of various issues.. First, food logistics outsourcing, outsourcing, and food-related content of the definition and a detailed description of the food has a deeper understanding of logistics outsourcing. Then introduced Logistics outsourcing in food type, and food from different perspective of the rapid development of enterprise logistics outsourcing to external factors, from food to give examples of the importance of outsourcing; second, and then introduced China's food industry status quo, and proposed food enterprise logistics outsourcing risks and security problems. Detailed description of the final settlement risk issues and security issues and effective ways in which food enterprises logistics outsourcing has been better development.
