萧山花木配送中心选址方法研究

摘 要

现代物流作为国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，其重要性已经被越来越多的人所认识。近年来，各种类型的配送中心发展十分迅速，据不完全统计，目前，全国各类形式的配送中心大多数都是企业为自身服务而建立的，业务量低，无法达到经济配送中心的规模效应。在配送中心的发展过程中，盲目建设现象严重，布局不合理，甚至相互冲突，导致社会资源的浪费。许多配送中心选址时没有根据实际情况进行科学计算，跟市场需要严重脱节，甚至对当地的经济发展产生了不利影响。科学合理地对配送中心选址进行规划，必须引起人们的高度重视，本文通过查询^论文了解配送中心选址的研究现状，存在问题，运用选址模型和优化理论，分析配送中心选址方法的优劣以及适用环境和需具备的条件，通过对不同配送中心选址要求的比较，分析不同配送中心的特点，研究配送对象为花木产品的配送中心的选址方法、考虑因素，得出合理化建议。

ABSTRACT

 The modern logistics as the development of arteries of the national economy and infrastructure industries, its importance has been recognized by more and more people . In recent years, various types of distribution centers have developed very rapidly, according to incomplete statistics, at present, most all forms of distribution centers in china are established to  services for their own companies, and the low volume of business unable to achieve the scale of the economic istribution center effect. In the development of distribution center ,the blind construction is a serious problem, layout is unreasonable and even conflict with each other, which resulting in waste of public resources. The location of many distribution centers are not based on the actual situation with scientific basis, there’s a serious discrepancy between the needs of the market, even it has had a negative impact on local economic development. we must attach great importance to Scientific and rational distribution center on the site plan. In this paper, we study for the status quo of distribution center site selection, existing problems after Querying Information. useing site models and optimization theory, we analysis methods of distribution center location , the merits of the application of the environment and the conditions requirement . Analysis of the characteristics of different distribution centers by Comparativing the different requirements of distribution center location .we also study the flowers products distribution center site selection methods,considerations and give rationalization ,proposals.
