论文编号:WL347 论文字数:15471,页数:29 面向OEM的制造企业供应链管理研究——以宁波东源音响为例 摘 要 OEM方式是目前我国制造业一种重要的生产经营模式,在OEM生产模式下,以产品委托加工方和OEM供应商为核心的供应链系统具有自身的特点。若要促进我国的OEM发展,就必须制定合理的发展策略,发挥其规模效益、专业效应的优势,完善生产布局,提升物流服务水平,降低物流成本,以最大限度地发挥其功能。 ABSTRACT Nowadays, OEM approach is an important business model of China's manufacturing industry. In the OEM production mode to party contractor for processing products and OEM provider of supply chain system as the core have its own characteristics. To promote the development of China's OEM, it is necessary to develop a reasonable strategy, play to their economies of scale, professional edge effects, improve production layout, improve logistics service levels and reduce logistics costs in order to maximize its function.
