生产物流计划与流程的优化设计

 摘  要
 生产企业的物流运作模式决定了其需要良好的生产物流计划与流程作为保障，生产物流的好坏直接决定其企业的生产效率及企业利润，以期生产企业能够在充分利用现有条件的基础上，合理配合各生产要素，以实现全面改善生产过程的目标。
 本文以浙江巨科铝业有限公司的生产物流运作体系为背景，阐述了生产企业物流运作模式抉择方面的运用，以及完善的生产物流运作体系对生产企业的重大意义。
 第一章阐述了本研究的背景，研究目的和研究方法。
 第二章对生产企业物流运作体系分析与设计的理论进行了综述，主要以生产物流计划与流程优化为主。
 第三章对浙江巨科铝业有限公司进行相关介绍和对公司生产物流现状进行总体分析，探讨生产物流计划与流程中存在的问题。
 第四章对浙江巨科铝业有限公司存在的问题进行流程优化，有效地消除生产过程中存在的问题，能够达到较好的生产效率，并能够快速反映，从而达到保证产品质量和提高企业效益的目的。
 第五章是对论文进行总结和展望，对设计的不足之处进行了归纳，并且对之后的研究工作进行展望。

 ABSTRACT
 Production enterprise logistics mode determines its need good production logistics plan and process as guarantee, the production of logistics enterprises directly determines the production efficiency and profits, in order to produce enterprise to make full use of the existing conditions, and on the basis of reasonable coordination production factors, in order to realize the comprehensive improvement of production process of target.
 Taking Zhejiang gko aluminium Co., LTD production logistics system as the background, this paper expounds the production enterprise logistics operation mode choice of perfect production, and the use of production enterprise logistics system is of great significance.
 This first chapter describes the research background, research objective, and research methods.
 The second chapter reviews the production enterprise logistics system analysis and design theory, includes the mainly production logistics plan and process optimization.
 The third chapter about the Zhejiang gko aluminium Co., LTD and relevant to company production, logistics, this paper makes an overall situation of logistics planning and production problems existing in the process.
 The fourth chapter introduces  the Zhejiang gko aluminium Co., LTD problems of process optimization, the optimization result can effectively eliminate the problems existing in the process of production, can achieve good production efficiency, and can reflect, achieve assure product quality and improve efficiency.
 The fifth chapter of this paper is to summarize and outlook, deficiency of design and prospects the future research work.
