摘  要
    中国物流企业主要由中小型运输、仓储企业和少数的大型国有运输、仓储企业，跨国物流集团组成，而中小型运输企业是其中主要部分，但是，由于中国的现代物流技术发展水平落后于其他国家，势必造成数量众多的中小型运输企业在面临高门槛和技术标准时，市场份额减少，人才流失，利润空间缺乏等后果，因此，对中小型企业的物流流程进行优化，是解决小型运输企业在瓶颈中发展的一个重要举措。
    本文以浙江四方物流有限公司运输流程为例，详细阐述了流程中的问题，并提出了解决方案，以期达到让企业度过利润瓶颈期。
  第一章阐述了选题的意义、分析与设计的方法与基本内容。
 第二章对小型运输企业运输流程相关理论进行了综述。
 第三章详细介绍了浙江四方物流有限公司的情况以及运输流程中的问题。
 第四章基于浙江四方物流有限公司的运输流程进行了分析，提出了以节能减排体系为主的解决方案。并对流程进行了优化。
 第五章总结方案中的不足之处。

ABSTRACT

 The logistics enterprises of China make up small and medium- sized Transportation Enterprises, storing Enterprises and part of large logistics and international company. The small and medium-sized is the main part. But the logistics technical level of China is behind the world, as the result, a number of small and medium-sized enterprises can’t face the high technology, the share of the market, manager and the profit will reduce .
 Therefore, the optimal design of the procedure is a important measure to solve the problem of the small and medium-sized transportation enterprises.
 This paper takes the Zhejiang sifang logistics enterprise for an example. Take out the problem of the transportation process and the solution to get through the difficulty.
 The Chapters 1 enunciates the background of the subject.
 The Chapters 2 summarizes the theory of the literatures.
 The Chapters 3 introduces the Zhejiang sifang logistics enterprise and its process.
 The Chapters 4 analyzes the process and comes up with the programme about energy conservations.
 The Chapters 5 makes a summary for the paper.
