 摘 要
 
 本次毕业设计的主要任务是编制之江饭店锅炉房改建工程的预算书、工程量清单，并进行综合单价报价。工程建筑地点位于杭州市西湖区莫干山路之江饭店内。建筑层数为三层。建筑面积为：1712.58m2。结构类型为框架结构。基础采用带形基础与独立基础相结合。建筑结构安全等级二级，设计使用年限为50年。室内设计标高为±0.000，室内外高差300mm。根据已有的建筑和结构图纸，计算工程量，依照浙江省建筑工程预算定额计算出工程总造价。根据已有的工程量，按照工程量清单规定，编制一份工程量计价清单和进行综合单价报价。

Abstract

 The main task of Graduation is preparing the budget and quantities list for the reconstruction project boiler room in zhijiang hotel, also offering an integrated unit. The building is located in Zhijiang hote which is in Moganshan road, westlake district. There are three storeys. The building area is 1712.58m2. The structural type is frame. The type of foundation are strip foundation and independent foundation. The structural safety level is 2, design life of 50 years. Interior design elevation of ± 0.000, indoor and outdoor elevation 300mm. According to the existing architectural and structural data for calculating output, Zhejiang construction budget in accordance with the fixed calculate total project cost. Then preparing a quantities list and offering an integrated unit in accordance with the provisions of quantities
