摘要：本次毕业设计的主要任务是做义乌市第二油泵厂施工组织设计。工程建筑地点位于义乌市丹溪路以东。工程层数一层至五层为商业房，六层加闷顶。建筑总面积为：3826.49 m2,砌筑施工质量控制等级为B级。结构类型分框架结构和砖混结构，即底层为框架结构，上部为砖混结构。建筑场地为三类土，基础采用天然地基。建筑结构安全等级二级，设计使用年限为50年。室内设计标高为±0.000，室内外高差300mm。根据已有的建筑和结构^论文图，计算工程量。根据已有的工程量，编制一份施工组织。
