汕头地区白壳蛋鸡与褐壳蛋鸡综合效益的比较

摘        要
    通过对汕头地区白壳蛋鸡和褐壳蛋鸡生产性能、白壳鸡蛋和褐壳鸡蛋物理性质、白壳鸡蛋和褐壳鸡蛋售出率的比较等，综合分析研究适合汕头地区的蛋鸡品种及其经济效益。结果表明白壳蛋鸡与褐壳蛋鸡相比，白壳蛋鸡料蛋比低，适合汕头地区规模化生产；市场上消费者对两种鸡蛋的消费取向不同，消费者多偏向于购买白壳鸡蛋。在汕头地区，蛋鸡场应该以白壳蛋鸡为主要蛋鸡品种，结合褐壳蛋鸡作为市场补充和调节。

Comparison on the Total Benefit Between White Shell Layers and Brown Shell Layers in Shantou

Abstract：The difference of production performance, the physical properties, the sold rate and the total benefit between white shell layer and brown shell layer in Shantou area were compared. The results showed that the feed conversion rate of white shell layer was lower than that of brown shell layer. The white shell layer was more suitable for large-scale production in Shantou. The consumer had a preference for eggs with white shell to one with brown shell. Therefore, the white shell layer should be fed as main variety, and the brown shell layer could be the complement and regulation of the egg market in Shantou.
