摘  要

 随着全球经济一体化进程的不断深化,作为销售终端的零售业也逐步融入了这一进程,并形成了汹涌的国际化浪潮。本文通过对中国本土零售业的发展现状和外资零售业在中国本土的发展情况，以及目前两者的竞争态势的分析，了解外国零售业进入对中国本土零售业的影响，得出外国零售商在中间商、消费者、竞争模式、行业规则等方面对本土零售商产生影响。最后进行对本土零售企业的政策建议。

ABSTRACT

    With the constant promotion of the process of integration of global economy, the retail business as the terminal station of sales, also have incorporated this process progressively and  have formed the turbulent internationalized tide. This article analyzes the influence of transnational retailers  on  the Chinese local retailers by studying the situation of the Chinese retailers、 the foreign invested retail corporations, and the competition of  them. Then  I conclude that  the influence of  transnational retailers  to the local retail corporation  mainly in manufacturers，consumers，the  mode  of  competition ，industry rules  and so on ．Finally this article gives some policy advice to the local retail corporations.
