松针中有效成分的提取及检测

摘 要：松针作为药是非常重要的一种的植物，它对人体有很好的疗效，本论文综述了松针主要化学成分的类别、成分分析以及提取技术。用TCL法对松针中水提和醇提得到的活性成分进行定性分析，确立松针中的有效成分的提取方法。再采用紫外分光光度法通过正交实验探讨松针中总黄酮提取工艺中的提取溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、固液比对松针中总黄酮得率的影响,找到松针中总黄酮提取的最佳提取工艺条件，提供一个质量参照标准，为工厂化松针总黄酮的生产过程制定合理的提取工艺提供理论依据 ,对生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Pine is an important plant source for drugs，it is useful to people. Pine needles are comprisde of many chemical components .vunctions of these components were introduced briefly .methods of extraction and analysis ,which had been used by the researehers ,were reviewed. TCL was sdopted to analyze where availably components are,in ethanol extraction or inwater exation，studying the effects of factors like solvent dosage, extraction time, extraction times and extraction temperature on the production extraction of flavonoids from pine needle,. and A better method of extraction of flavonoids from pine needle  found through orthogonal test by UV - spectrophotometry, they can provide a reference for the further development and utilization of pine needles ，Theoretical foundation of the reasonable procedure can be provided for the flavonoid production from pine needle in the factory and it is significant for the production.
