论文编号:SW140 论文字数:10738,页数:24 摘要:采用华丹公司选育出的优良小白菇菌株(华白1058)为供试菌。为获得适合华白1058生长的最佳母种培养基,我们从菌丝的密度、长势和长速等方面对5个培养基配方进行了系统的研究。实验结果表明华白1058菌丝在马铃薯,葡萄糖,蛋白胨,VB1等组成的PDA蛋白胨维生素培养基上生长良好。 25℃,培养37d,与PDA培养基相比,在此培养基上菌丝更加洁白、粗壮致密、旺盛,菌丝平均生长速度提高了1.03mm/d,满管天数提前了7d,效果非常显著。对华白1058的栽培料配方的研究表明其栽培料的高产经济配方为棉籽壳木屑栽培料。在25℃发菌,此栽培料与以前用的木屑栽培料相比,其菌丝更加洁白、粗壮、旺盛,满袋时间提前了3d。在17℃出菇,其产量提高了4.8Kg/100袋,扣除各自的料袋成本,按10元/Kg的市场批发价计算,每100袋可以增收35.8元。经济效益非常显著。 关键词:小白菇;栽培技术;母种培养基;栽培料;筛选 Studies on the Pleurtus Lignatilis Gill Cultivation Technology Abstrac:We use the fine Pleurtus lignatilis Gill train (Hua Bai 1058) which breeded by Hua Dan company to test for bacteria. To select the best mother culture media of Hua Bai 1058, we contrast from the density, growth and speed of myceliums of five kinds of medium. The results show that Hua Bai 1058 grows well on the the PDA medium with peptone and vitamin, which is constituted by glucose, peptone, VB1 and so on. 25 ℃ for 37 days, compared with the PDA medium, the myceliums are more white and sturdy and grows 1.03mm per day faster than the PDA medium .In the new medium, myceliums can grows full of the tube 7 days before the PDA medium. The effect is very significant.The high-yielding compost of Hua Bai 1058 is saw-dust compost with cotton seed hull. At 25℃,compared with saw-dust compost, the myceliums are more white and sturdy and are full of the bags 3 days advanced. At 17℃ fruiting, its yield increased 4.8Kg per 100 bags. Deduct their costs, 10 yuan by the wholesale market, every 100 bags can increase 35.8 yuan. Very significant economic benefits.
